Yes — live direction is absolutely possible via Zoom or your preferred platform. This is often the best way to ensure we get exactly the right tone and performance in real time.
Yes — I regularly work with clients around the world. Sessions can be arranged remotely across time zones, and files are delivered digitally for easy access wherever you are.
Process and Delivery
Turnaround depends on the length and complexity of the script, but I always aim to deliver as quickly as possible. Short scripts can often be delivered within 24–48 hours, and I’ll confirm timings when you book.
I’ll need your final script, intended usage, pronunciation notes (if applicable), tone direction, a signed contract and AI rider, and any reference material or examples you’d like me to follow.
Files are delivered digitally via a download link (usually WeTransfer or similar), or another secure transfer method if preferred.
Standard delivery is high-quality WAV, with MP3 available on request.
A reasonable number of minor pickups or corrections are included, as long as the script or direction hasn’t changed. Larger changes may be subject to additional fees.
Yes — I provide clean, professionally edited audio as standard, removing unwanted breaths, mistakes, and background noise unless otherwise requested. Upon request, I can also do light processing (compression and normalisation).
For audiobook projects requiring market-ready audio, I work with a great team of high-quality audio editors to ensure broadcast-standard results.

Rates, Licensing, and Payment
Ah, the “how long is a piece of string?” question!
My rates vary depending on the type of project, usage, and turnaround time. Where appropriate, I follow Equity guidelines. For an accurate quote, please get in touch with details of your project and I’ll be happy to advise.
Usage refers to how the finished voice recording I produce for you will be used. It will state where it will appear (online, broadcast, internal use, etc.) and for how long. Usage is essential to determining the appropriate licensing and pricing for your project.
Payment terms are agreed before work begins and will be clearly outlined on your invoice. In most cases, payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged in advance.
For larger projects or extended usage, a deposit may be required to secure the booking. This will always be confirmed upfront before any work starts.

AI and Machine Learning
Yes, potentially — but I only take on projects where there is clear, transparent use of AI and appropriate consent for any voice work involved.
No. My voice recordings are not licensed for use in training AI systems or datasets.
No. I do not give consent for voice cloning, synthetic voice generation, or any reproduction of my voice using AI or similar technologies.
