How It All Began
I was born in Sussex and grew up in North Dorset. My first job out of school was as a cyber-security apprentice, but it didn’t take long to realise my heart lay elsewhere – so I left to study acting and never looked back.
Like most students, I juggled work alongside my studies, picking up various tech jobs to support myself. During my final year, a local businessman gave me my very first voiceover job -which I recorded under a duvet in my student bedroom (see right… and if I’d known I’d need this photo for a website one day, I definitely would’ve taken a better one!). He liked it so much he kept hiring me, and that was it: I was hooked.
It quickly became clear that I needed proper voiceover training. Shortly after graduating, I was awarded a DYCP (Developing Your Creative Practice) grant from Arts Council England, which allowed me to invest in focused, professional training.
Through this, I trained in mocap, animation, gaming and accent work, stage combat, and much more. Most importantly, I had the opportunity to work with the incredible team at Richcraft, where I honed my craft and am now proud to be a graduate.

Rates
Voice-over rates can be confusing for both artists and clients. My rates are based on industry standards, such as those outlined in the Gravy For The Brain rate guide, or Equity union rates for union projects. You can check out the Gravy For The Brain rate guide for a general idea. For reference:
- My Basic Studio Fee is £200
- My minimum charge for eLearning projects is £100
Rates may vary depending on location, so these are my UK voiceover rates. If it all feels a bit long-winded, no worries, you can simply ask me for a quote!
